Immediacy, urgency and intensity is exactly what is conveyed with the new THE ATTICO collection: an utterly feminine expression of the brand’s ethos through designs that glorify the emotionality of the body. The visual portfolio devised features Mariacarla as she interprets many different shades of the feminine psyche in an ambiance that is both intimate and abstract. The space is empty, the time suspended. Spare elements appear in the room: a cushion of surreal disproportions; a sofa; carpeting on the floor; a balloon. The color of the surroundings varies from glaring white to intense red, the feelings from serene to sultry. One can almost touch emotions as they mold the space. Moving within the set and dialoguing with the camera, it is almost as if Mariacarla were a different woman in every picture, a different shade of love and involvement, which is what the collection is ultimately about.
