Website Owner
The owner of the e-commerce website is The Attico S.r.l., with registered office at Piazza Castello 4 - 20121 Milan (MI), Italy (VAT No.: 10306640961).
Applicable Requirements
The accessibility requirements for products and services are set out in Legislative Decree No. 82/2022, which implemented EU Directive No. 2019/882.
Services are considered accessible if they can be provided, and the relevant information can be accessed, without discrimination, including by people who, due to disabilities, require assistive technologies or specific configurations.
We are committed to making the website accessible and inclusive, ensuring that our website can be accessed by everyone. To this end, we comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, achieving AA level of conformity, so that our services can be used by all users.
Specifically, these Guidelines are based on 4 fundamental principles:
● Perceivability
We are committed to ensuring that all informative images are provided with alt text, so that they can be read aloud by screen readers. When designing our user interfaces, we pay attention to sufficient colour contrast in order to improve readability. Information and controls are presented in a way that users can perceive them.
● Operability
Our interactive elements, such as forms and navigation menus, can almost entirely be used via keyboard.
● Understandability
We use clear language to describe our products and in our service pages. Our navigation is structured in a clear and intuitive way.
● Robustness
The website is mainly developed using standardised components that are optimised for accessibility and tested. During the development process, we use testing criteria derived from the WCAG guidelines to ensure compatibility with different browsers and assistive technologies. We regularly test the website to ensure that all functions remain operational and understandable.

Conformity Status
This information notice was updated on 22.06.2026.
The website has undergone a preliminary technical analysis through automated tools and internal manual testing, and is currently partially compliant with the accessibility requirements set out by WCAG 2.1, level AA.
The website owner has initiated a structured accessibility review and remediation process, with the support of specialised partners. The update works have already been planned and assigned to the appointed technical partners, under the operational coordination of our internal and external digital teams.
The intervention plan includes a complete review of the website, periodic reassessment of templates, correction of the main access barriers and the systematic adoption of WCAG 2.1 AA criteria.
As required by law, the website owner has implemented, together with the aforementioned technical partners, a continuous accessibility monitoring system, which includes periodic external audits and technical checks at each significant release. This process demonstrates the company’s commitment to ensuring the progressive adaptation of its digital offering, in compliance with the principles of inclusivity and non-discrimination.
Assessment and Validation Tools and Methodology
The analysis was carried out on the main representative pages of the website, including the homepage, listing pages, PDP, checkout, customer area, search, forms and editorial content.
The analyses were initiated using online tools such as: WAVE - Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool; Google Lighthouse (via Chrome DevTools); axe DevTools (Deque Systems); Silktide; get-equo, webeyes for code scanning and navigation simulation.
Manual checks were conducted by human testers and concerned, by way of example and without limitation, the presence and listening of audio and video content, the verification of any subtitles and/or audio descriptions, the clarity of informative instructions, the verification that where text is present it is real text and not an image (and, where it is an image, that it contains the corresponding text as “alt” text), rearrangement following “zoom in”, contrast and content variations on mouse hover, error suggestions, etc.
Description of How the Service Meets the Relevant Accessibility Requirements
Currently, the service significantly meets the accessibility requirements provided for by Legislative Decree 82/2022, particularly with regard to:
-
keyboard navigation for most essential functionalities, including search, product selection, cart and account;
-
the presence of descriptive alternative text for many product images and functional icons;
-
the use of consistent semantic structures in the HTML code and the adoption of standard components compatible with assistive technologies;
-
a hierarchical and linear content structure, designed to allow simplified reading by screen readers;
-
the progressive consistency of colour contrast and font size, aimed at improving readability;
-
the partial adoption of WCAG 2.1 principles, level AA, with a focus on perceivability, operability and understandability.
Some requirements are still being implemented, particularly those relating to:
-
the presence of descriptive alternative text for all informative images;
-
the assignment of a valid ARIA role to elements with event handlers;
-
compliance with minimum contrast ratios between text, images of text and background;
-
the presence of clear and descriptive titles for all web pages;

The issues indicated have been identified on several pages of the website, as some of them relate to shared components and templates used across different sections.
To address these needs, a technical remediation process has been initiated and assigned to a multidisciplinary team made up of frontend developers, external accessibility specialists and digital content reviewers. The works include aligning the code with the specifications of the harmonised standard EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 level AA, in accordance with Article 12 of the Decree.
The website will be monitored periodically, also with the support of external audits, in order to ensure full compliance with the applicable requirements and the continuous improvement of the access experience for all people, with or without disabilities.
