Tracking an Order
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked.
If the order was placed via your account, the status of your order can be checked by logging into your account and entering the “Orders” section.
If the order was placed as a guest, the status of the order can still be viewed from the “Track my order” section, available here.
My tracking number does not work or does not exist. How can I track my order?
If the tracking number does not work or is non-existent, please do not be alarmed as the process of transferring information from the courier to our systems can take up to a maximum of 24 hours to complete.
During this time, information regarding your order may be incomplete or the tracking number may be indicated as “non-existent”.
For this reason, we encourage that you check again after 24 hours have elapsed since you received your email with the tracking information. The information will be updated directly by the courier.
How long does a package take to be shipped after an order is placed?
We aim to ship orders as soon as possible and usually within 2 working days.
The estimated delivery times are only a guide. We accept no responsibility for any delays due to customs clearance procedures at the destination country.

Do you deliver to post office boxes or use freight forwarders?
Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office mailbox addresses or addresses where hold mail requests have been made. We do not ship via freight forwarders.

For your security, orders made by new users can only be sent to the billing address of the credit card holder or to a company that we can independently verify.
To prevent delays in processing your order, please make sure that your billing address matches the address your credit card is registered to, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card.
Please make sure that you also enter your details correctly, so we can contact you if so required.
How can I send a gift?
An order can be shipped as a gift.
To use the gift option, add the products you wish to give as a gift to your shopping bag. Then proceed to the checkout, check the appropriate box below the shipping methods and fill in the required fields. A personal message can be attached to your gift too.
Restrictions
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Due to international trade agreements and regulations, we are obliged to adhere to particular shipping restrictions.
CHINA
– articles shipped to China which are classified as personal use and the value exceeds single Transaction Cap: RMB 5,000. Annual Individual Cap: RMB 26,000 per buyer, require a formal custom clearance. You may be charged extra duties or fees.
As a result, we are unable to ship products made from the skins of certain animal species, outside of the European Union.
In order to be able to purchase these products, a destination where there are no material-related restrictions must be selected. To purchase protected-animal skins, the shipping address must be within the European Union

Shipping costs and delivery methods vary based on the destination. We offer both Standard and Express delivery for: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, San Marino, and the United Kingdom.
For all other destinations, we offer Express shipping only.
You shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.We try to ship all orders within 2 working days.
Expected delivery times should be taken as a guide only. Moreover, we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorisation processes in regard to the shipping date.We'd like to inform you that during sales, shipments may be delayed by up to 2-3 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Do I have to pay taxes and fees?
VAT is applied locally to all destinations in the European Union, United Kingdom and the USA.
In many countries, shipments are made as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), where all the applicable import and customs fees are included in the final product price.
Products are shipped as DDP in the following countries: USA, Australia, Canada, Eastern Europe, United Arab Emirates, European Union, United Kingdom, Italy, South Korea, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, South Africa, Panama, Peru, Israel, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Bahrain.
For all other countries, orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and import duties
Is my delivery insured?
All products are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address.
Once the products have been delivered to the specified shipping address, they are no longer insured.
If the package arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery or write a note when signing that specifies that you are accepting a damaged package.
Delivery Information
Missing items
In case your order has been delivered and you have noticed that some items are missing, please contact us via the appropriate button below.
You will need to provide us with the following information in order to begin an investigation with the courier company:
. general photos of the parcel (possibly from different angles)
. photos of the contents
. details on the delivery method
. details on the condition of the parcel upon delivery
Please keep everything you have received, including the cardboard box, until the end of the investigation with the courier.
What happens if I am not at home when the parcel is delivered?
If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a new attempt will be made the following day. If necessary, a third attempt will be made the day after. If the parcel is not delivered on the third attempt, the package will be diverted to our warehouse.
Can I schedule the delivery date and time?
It is not possible to schedule a delivery time or make appointments with the courier. Deliveries are made from Monday through Friday during office hours.The courier does not deliver the day before or on a public holiday.
If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a new attempt will be made the following day. If necessary, a third attempt will be made on request contacting the custumercre. If the parcel is not delivered on the third attempt, the package will be diverted to our warehouse.
